There are millionaires who wake after 8 am and be more productive. Make a habit of waking up at the same time every day and stop postponing your alarm clock or snoozing it.

2. Pray – surrender by having faith

Don’t grab your phone immediately when you are out of your bed to check out notifications. Pray and express your gratitude for being alive on this day with vitality, freedom, happiness, money and so on.

A simple positive talk sets a good tone for the rest of the day.

3. Affirm – positive self-talks

Speak about your dreams/goals to yourself. A positive self-talk uplifts one’s mindset, motivation and overall attitude. “I’m confident to lead my team”, “I’m so happy to be healthy”, “I’m earning X amount of money”, “I’m wealthy”, “I love myself and my family so much”.

Repetition of certain talks, changes your past patterns of mindset to a new mindset, which opens up a lot of possibilities to change one’s life. Even your casual talks should not be self-sabotaging.

If you underestimate your own progress, then you are voluntarily creating problems in daily life which interferes with your long-standing goals. Beware of what you speak and affirm normally with yourself and with people.

4. Move your body – Exercise or Stretch or Dance

You might adopt a new mindset, but your body follows the old patterns because of the past years of conditioning. This is where most people quit and stop believing in themselves.

In order to gain a new mindset, your body must go through physical movements like yoga, stretches, exercise or sometimes dancing too. Because all these movements are a kind of expressions your body wants to express out.

You can choose a quick jog, a dance style, light workout routine, body weight exercise, etc… This helps in releasing endorphins [feel-good hormones], reduces stress, improves sleep quality, promotes neuroplasticity, increase energy levels, boosts self-esteem and confidence.
